Tragedy Unfolds in Panchkula: Family Found Dead in Car

In a heart-wrenching incident that has rattled Haryana and the entire nation, a family of seven from Dehradun was discovered dead in a locked car in Panchkula’s Sector 27 on Monday night. It seems they had Praveen Mittal, his wife, three kids, and his aged parents severing the poisonous bonds of life. Their life was extinguished in the flames of despair. The shocking discovery was made by a passerby who spotted a towel dangling out of the car window, leading to police action, followed by a dash to the hospital where all seven were declared dead.

Financial Distress and a Heartbreaking Suicide Note

Their extreme act was explained in a revealing two-page suicide note that they had left behind. Praveen Mittal penned the note, indicating the unimaginable reason that stemmed from not having enough funds available. The note claimed so much debt has been piled on there is no way out. Mittal claimed full blame and apologized for ever making the preposterous mistake of creating debt. Also stated in the note was the very specific instruction that his maternal uncle’s son perform the ceremonial burning and burial, underscoring the unfortunate nuance that paints him as needing to fulfill his obligations.

Failed Business and Mounting Debt

Praveen Mittal apparently ran a tour and travel business in Dehradun, which made heavy losses over time. Mittal’s family supposedly got into debt of over 20 crores due to his failing business. With these financial hurdles coupled with the inability to support basic expenses, the family was pushed over the edge into despair. It was noted by relatives that the family used to be in a good position financially but was continuously struggling for a sustained period of time, leading to this unfortunate fate.

Last Family Outing: Attending a Religious Event

Panchkula hosted a Hanuman Katha religious ceremony organized by Bageshwar Dham. The complete family indeed was interested in the Montanos attending the program together. They decided to head over to watch it with entertainment and a change of pace away from home, and they decided to attend together as a family. After the event, instead of heading back to cabin Dehradun, they parked their car in a residential area for a stroll as their last hurrah as a family all along their last forever spent together openly in the car as their financial burdens trapped the fold.”
