Samsung Electronics has brought forth two new mid-tier galaxies. The Galaxy A57 5G and the Galaxy A37 5G are newly launched products from the company that have enhanced AI capabilities, improved cameras, and upgraded performance from previous years.
According to the company, these products are intended to provide access to the latest mobile technologies to everyone worldwide. All of these phones come with the latest “Awesome Intelligence” abilities from Samsung, allowing the user to do things like edit their pictures, transcribe their voices, and run several apps at once via AI enhancement.
In addition, Samsung has also committed to offering extensive support for these handsets by providing several versions of improvements to the operating system and security update guarantees to their users over time.
Focus on Expanding AI to More Users
Samsung has announced that their two new smartphones, the Galaxy A57 5G and A37 5G, are part of an overall effort the company has to enhance artificial intelligence capabilities in smartphones beyond premium devices. “By doing so, we’ve developed a way to make advanced AI tools available to more people,” said TM Roh.
Both of the new devices run on an updated version of Samsung’s One UI (Android). The primary feature introduced with the new UI is called Voice Transcription, which allows users to create text versions of their audio recordings.
Also included with the phones One UI is an AI-based and quick way to select and extract whatever part you want from the display (text, picture, etc.). You can also move stuff between applications easily thanks to the drag-and-drop functionality.
Smarter Photo Editing and Search Features
Samsung has released several AI-driven editing tools to help consumers take better photos and make more engaging content.
As part of this initiative, the company has enhanced its Object Eraser tool, allowing for more natural results when removing undesired items or people from pictures. Additionally, the Galaxy A57 5G has a new feature, Best Face, which lets you choose the most flattering facial expressions in group photos.
Automatic editing recommendations, customizable filter options, and Auto Trim (to quickly edit videos by automatically selecting all key moments from each clip) also help to provide faster and easier editing processes.
Circle to Search Google Lens is another important feature that enables users to find information about items in a picture by simply circling around that object on their device’s screen. The latest iterations have significantly improved the ability to recognize multiple items at one time, allowing for faster searches on websites selling products, clothes, or accessories found in images.
In addition, there are many AI assistants (Bixby and Gemini) built into these devices to help users accomplish things across multiple apps with natural language instructions.
Upgraded Cameras for Better Photos
Both of these phones are equipped with a capable triple camera system that utilizes a 50 MP main sensor.
According to Samsung, there has been a major upgrade to its image processing capabilities, resulting in a more enhanced image quality and an increased level of detail in various lighting conditions.
The night photography feature allows for better quality images and videos taken at night.
The Galaxy A57 5G also adds to the photographic experience by improving noise reduction as well as color accuracy, allowing the photographer to take brighter and better-balanced photographs in low-light conditions.
